Reporting runs on the live records, so dashboards reflect the current state without exports or a separate warehouse.
Reports
Section titled “Reports”Build a report from any table: choose a type (list, bar, pie, trend, pivot), a filter, and a grouping. Because reports read the metadata model, anything you can filter a list on, you can report on. Reports are built from Dashboard Builder in the Admin area.
Dashboards
Section titled “Dashboards”A dashboard arranges report widgets for an audience — a service desk manager’s queue health, a portfolio leader’s delivery status, a security lead’s open vulnerabilities. Each Launchpad ships default dashboards you can tailor.
Access-aware
Section titled “Access-aware”Reports and dashboards honor the security model: a viewer only sees data they’re permitted to, so the same dashboard is safe to share across roles.
