Launchpads

Launchpads are the agent- and fulfiller-facing consoles of RezolveApp — the dense, list-and-record-driven experience used by the people who do the work behind an employee’s request, rather than the employee submitting it. Every launchpad shares the same navigation model: a launchpad overview, filtered list views (such as “Assigned to me,” “Open,” and “Closed”), and record pages with a state stepper and state-dependent action buttons.

Because every launchpad is built on the same underlying metadata engine — the same table, form, list, and state-machine model — the navigation, filtering, and record layout you learn in one module (for example, IT Service Management) transfers directly to the others.
