Metadata engine

Everything in RezolveIT is defined as metadata — data that describes the product — and interpreted at runtime. That’s why one engine can power IT Service Management, HR Service Management and Enterprise Portfolio Management, and why admins change the product without a release.

Tables, forms and lists are configuration

Records live in tables; columns are fields, each with a type that controls rendering, validation and reporting. A form is the layout of a record — which fields appear, in what order and sections, and under what conditions. A list is a configurable view of records — columns, filters, grouping and sort. Why it’s data, not code

Because tables, fields, forms and lists are stored as configuration, a change is just an edit — versioned, immediate, and preserved through upgrades. There’s no separate publish step and no release to wait for. This is also what lets a large organization run many Launchpads — IT Service Management, Customer Service, HR Service Management, Enterprise Portfolio Management, IT Asset Management, Security Operations, AIOps — on one platform: each module is the same engine, configured differently.
