AI Assist

RezolveApp’s AI capabilities are managed from the AI Assist admin console, where administrators enable AI skills, review usage, and configure the guardrails and spending budgets that govern how AI is used across the platform. Provider API keys (for the AI providers RezolveApp connects to directly) are managed from the same area.

For organizations that already run their own AI gateway, RezolveApp also supports an external AI gateway mode: instead of calling AI providers directly, all AI traffic can be routed through an organization’s own gateway (for example, a LiteLLM-compatible gateway), authenticated with a single gateway key. When this mode is on, the gateway is responsible for governance — RezolveApp’s native guardrails, budgets, and usage logging step aside in favor of the gateway’s own controls.
