The Employee Center
The Employee Center is RezolveApp’s self-service portal for employees. It’s where you go to ask for something, check on something you already asked for, look something up, approve or reject a request waiting on you, or just ask a question in plain language.
What you can do here
Section titled “What you can do here”- Request something — browse a catalog of services and items organized by category, fill out its form, and submit it. See Requesting items.
- Track what you’ve asked for — see the state of every request and task you have open, and follow its activity. See Tracking your items.
- Find an answer — search and browse knowledge articles without opening a request at all. See Knowledge.
- Approve or reject — if you’re a manager or approver, act on items waiting for your decision. See Approvals.
- Ask the Virtual Assistant — describe what you need in your own words and let it find an answer or start a request for you. See The Virtual Assistant.
