RezolveIT ships as open core. The entire platform — every launchpad, the Metadata Studio, the Employee Center, dashboards, and built-in AI Assist — is free and open source under the MIT license. A separate RezolveIT Enterprise license adds the controls that large, regulated, or self-hosting organizations need: single sign-on, custom access control, AI governance, and private deployment, backed by an SLA.
Everything in Open Source is included in Enterprise. Enterprise is strictly additive — you never lose a capability by upgrading, and no data migration is involved.

Open Source (free)
Section titled “Open Source (free)”Everything you need to run service management end to end. You can be live in minutes with sample data included — on the free managed cloud, or self-hosted on your own infrastructure under the MIT license.
Enterprise in depth
Section titled “Enterprise in depth”Everything below is what an Enterprise license adds on top of the open-source core — security and compliance, operating at scale, and support.
Security & compliance
Section titled “Security & compliance”RezolveIT’s security model applies uniformly across the UI, API and portal. Enterprise pairs that foundation with the controls auditors and security teams expect:
- SSO / SAML with your IdP, no passwords stored locally (see SSO / SAML), with role mapping and automated provisioning / de-provisioning from IdP groups.
- Row-level security and field-level ACLs, so confidential HR Service Management and Security Operations records are visible only to the right people on a shared platform.
- Encryption of secrets such as AI provider keys at rest.
- A full, tamper-evident audit trail across the platform — see Security Operations.
Because enforcement is centralized, a security review examines one model — roles, ACLs, row-level rules and audit configuration — rather than every screen.
Multi-team & scale
Section titled “Multi-team & scale”One platform serves the whole organization — IT, HR, security, PMO — without teams stepping on each other:
- Isolation with row-level security — teams share the platform but not the data; HR cases stay with HR Service Management, and a business unit sees only its own queues.
- Shared standards — every module runs on the same metadata engine, so one security model, one audit trail and consistent forms and workflows are set once and inherited everywhere.
- A Launchpad per team, tuned to its work, so a large platform still feels focused for every role.
- Reporting across the org — dashboards span teams for leadership while honoring access (see Dashboards & reports).
Support & SLAs
Section titled “Support & SLAs”- Onboarding — a guided path from sandbox to production: configuration review, data migration, SSO setup, and enablement for your admins and agents. Because the product is configuration, not code, most rollouts go live the same day.
- Response commitments — support tiers carry response-time SLAs by severity, so a production-down issue gets attention that matches its impact. Your SLAs and contacts are agreed during onboarding.
- Staying current — upgrades bring new capability without overwriting your customizations, so there’s no re-implementation each release.
